Report cards will be sent home with PJHS and PHS students today. PES report cards were sent home yesterday.
Prescott School District will continue Virtual/Flex Fridays beginning this Friday, January 8. Students are not required to attend and will not be counted absent. This means that students attending school face-to-face in our district will have the option of completing needed assignments from home. Virtual students will use these days to get caught up on assignments. This will give teachers the time they need to prepare videos, lesson plans, interventions, and time for virtual students. Students who attend school on Fridays will use these days to get caught up or receive help in areas they are struggling in. There will be NO new teaching on these Fridays. Teachers will also have the option of requesting students to come for needed instruction. We understand that this is not an option for some parents and buses will still be running and meals will still be provided to all students.

Who says good things don’t happen in 2020?!?
Prescott School District has reached many children 18 and younger in our community and surrounding communities that needed/wanted meals for weekends, holidays and other days when school was not in session. Many volunteers and staff have worked hard to distribute thousands of meals over the last several months. Today and last Monday our cafeteria staff handed out 6,184 meals in the drive thru to families. This is just one of the many services our school is blessed enough to offer. #impactthepack

Congratulations guys!
PHS senior Zoe Fincher visited Ms. Bailey’s character education class. She spoke to students about having confidence, giving their all and doing their best at anything they did. She shared with them that in the past she was terrified to speak in public and that being on stage helped her overcome her fear. Zoe told students if the don’t succeed the first time, keep trying amd not to let failure define them. She answered questions fron 8th graders that had concerns about going to high school and made them feel better. Great job, Zoe, and thank you for sharing!
