Curley Wolves will play in the first round of the District tournament on Monday, April 26 at 5:00 p.m. against Glen Rose at Prescott.

18 years in a row, 17 Championships in a row!!!! (Covid stole the season last year so that’s why the numbers don’t match up). Congratulations to The Prescott Curley Cubs on winning the District 7-3A Junior High Track and Field Championship tonight with 259.75 points! We also swept the four relay events winning the 4x100, 4x200, 4x400, and 4x800. JK Jones won the high point award with 48.5 points and Jaylen Johnson was second with 43.5 in the high point race. Event winners were Rocco Patrick in the Shot Put, Pierce Yates in the Discus, JK Jones in the high jump, long jump, and triple jump, Jaylen Johnson in the 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash, and 400 meter dash, and Tayshawn Smith in the 110 meter hurdles. Many other athletes had big performances and scored lots of points as well. I will post a full scoring break down for the meet and season ASAP!
