Each football player, cheerleader and band member will have two tickets available for purchase. Names will be added to the list that will be at the gate. Forms must be returned with money by Wednesday.
Wednesday @ 10:00 a.m. @ PES carport - Tickets (limit two per person) will be available for purchase until sold out.
PLAYOFF TICKETS ARE $6.00 EACH.

PHS Students!
Lifetouch Pictures is coming back this week, Wednesday, November 18 for ALL virtual students grades 9-11. Please come between 8 and 11:30.
If you were virtual in September or did not get your picture taken for the high school yearbook, please come Wednesday, Nov. 18.
The photographers will also do Senior portraits starting at 1:10 p.m. Bring your $10 sitting fee and ladies, wear a spaghetti top under your regular top.
CDC guidelines will be followed.

PHS agri students are building folding picnic tables (pictured below). They are made out of treated lumber. If you are interested in purchasing one, they are $175.00. Let us know! Great Christmas presents!
FOOTBALL PLAYOFF TICKETS!
To ensure that players, cheer and band get their allotted two tickets, we will be selling tickets for playoffs as we have been doing during the regular season. Forms will be sent home on Monday. Any remainder tickets will be sold to the general public on Wednesday as usual. Limit two person.
All regular season guidelines will be followed during playoffs.

Please see the following CDC, ADH, AAA and PSD guidelines for Sr and Jr high basketball games:
🏀 A voucher system will be used for all games, home and away. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOORS. For those with vouchers, entrance is $5.00.
🏀 Due to COVID-19 capacity and to keep us in compliance with all guidelines we will only have TWO vouchers per player and per cheerleader. We will not have vouchers to sell to the general public. All players from home and visiting teams, parents of each of those kids and all others in gym must be included in our count so we will not have extra space for the general public.
🏀 Prescott cheerleaders will cheer at home games only. We will not have visiting cheerleaders.
🏀 Games played away from home will he addressed on a week to week basis depending on the number of vouchers allotted to us.
🏀 No athletes will be let in free except the ones playing that night. No school staff will be let in free. This will help us keep an accurate count of how many people we have in the gym.
🏀 MASKS ARE REQUIRED. Everyone must have a mask on from the time they enter the gym until the time they exit.
🏀 NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE COURT BEFORE OR AFTER GAMES.
🏀 Everyone must exit immediately following the game. No hanging around for pictures.
🏀 Concession stand will have limited prepackaged items for sale.
🏀 You MUST be 6 feet apart unless you are immediate family. You MUST sit every other row that is designated for a sitting area. If you are asked to leave for NOT following guidelines, you will not be refunded and you will not be allowed back to another game this year.
🏀 Anyone who disrespects any school official, coach, teacher, player, another fan or student will be removed from the premises and not allowed back for 1 year. This includes cursing, cursing at, humiliating, ridiculing, downgrading, rude gestures, or any type of unacceptable behavior. This includes social media posts as well. This type of behavior will not be tolerated for any school related activity.
We want to have a successful basketball season. We want our kids to be able to play basketball and cheer. YOU can help us make this happen by following the rules and regulations set forth by the state and school district. This is not the ideal situation but we hope you understand that some things are out of our control and we are doing this for our kids. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Letters from the school nurse have been sent this week if your child is not up to date on his/her required immunizations. This is a requirement for all students, virtual and on-site. Please provide the school with proof of immunizations or proof of an appointment date by November 30, 2020. Your child will not be permitted to return to school if these documents are not provided by this date. If you choose to opt out of your child's vaccinations, you are required by the school district to provide an exemption letter from the Arkansas Dept of Health.

Big things are happening in Curley Wolf country! Nothing can keep us down! Prescott School District was very excited to break ground this afternoon on our new elementary building! There will be an ACT Prep Class offered to all Prescott juniors amd seniors on Wednesday, December 2 and Wednesday, December 9, 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. in the PHS auditorium.
December 2 will cover Reading and English with Mrs. Banister. December 9 will cover Math and Science with Mrs. Karen Steed.

Prescott Jr high and 7th grade will make up games against Glen Rose on Tuesday, November 3.

Forms will be sent home with players Friday to be returned on Monday.

REMINDER!!
Sr. High Football, Cheer and Band Parents,
We would like everyone to have the opportunity to have a photo of their child in uniform with immediate family for a keepsake. However, we will have strict guidelines that we please ask everyone to follow. Parents, grandparents and siblings will be allowed on the field after the Sr high ballgame this week only at home against Jessieville.
Here are the guidelines that must be followed:
1. 10 minutes will be allowed after game for photos . Then everyone will be asked to exit the grounds.
2. Masks must be worn until you are taking a photo then must be immediately put back on after photo is taken to exit the stadium.
3. ONLY parents, grandparents and siblings will be allowed on the field to take photos.
4. Please be in your designated photo spot (listed below) and do not mingle with other groups on the field.
5. Your football player, cheerleader or band member will be waiting at their designated area.
6. Social distancing must be maintained in each group and between families.
7. NO photos with families, groups, players, students, etc. outside of your immediate family.
Sr high -
Gates will be opened on either side of the stands. Please use the gate closest to your players designated spot.
Sophomore football players will take photos in the end zone near the scoreboard.
Junior football players will take photos in the end zone near the concession stand.
Senior football players will take photos on the P on the 50 yard line.
Band members will take photos at the band stand.
Cheerleaders will take photos on the track directly in front of the stands where they cheer.
Again, only 10 minutes will be allowed for photos. As soon as you are done, please exit the stadium with your mask on.
Please help us make this a success! We appreciate your patience and compliance during this football season thus far. With your help, our kids have been able to have a football season!
