VACCINE INFORMATION!
A pediatric Pfizer vaccine clinic will be held at PSD on Thursday, November 18 for students ages 5-11 years old. It is the Pfizer child dose. An information sheet is being sent home with with students today for parents to thoroughly read. In order for your child to receive the vaccine, the form has to be completed front and back and turned in by Friday, November 12.
