Prescott girls golf team, Kamryn Collier, Brooke Formby, Chloe Grimes and Kelsie Harvey placed first at yesterday’s golf math against Camden HG. Brooke Formby won overall girls shooting a 45. Kamryn Collier and Chloe Grimes tied for second place both with a score of 46. Pate Willis and Jace Cummings tied for third in boys individual competition against Camden HG boys.

Due to inclement weather, tonight’s scrimmage has been moved to Monday at Ashdown. Jr high will start at 5:30 playing 2 quarters and 8th grade with 2 quarters, and senior high JV game immediately after.

🐾 General admission is $5.00. (to be paid at gate on the press box side, no early general admission tickets can be purchased before game day)
🐾 Prescott is the HOME team. All Prescott fans MUST enter from the press box side and sit on the press box side.
🐾 Prescott fans MUST park on the visitor side. Parking is $5.00.
🐾 Everyone entering will be checked at the gate before being allowed to enter. No tobacco, bags, pocket knives, etc. Check War Memorial Stadium policies if you have questions.
🐾 Prescott fans may purchase seats in the air conditioned press box for $25.00 each. Those can be purchased now at the school. See Valarie Cobb for this.

Curley Wolf Golf Schedule
Superintendent Robert Poole received a plaque for serving as President of the Arkansas Association of School Administrators. Mr. Poole was recognized for his distinguished service to education and to the profession of school administration.
Prescott High School graduation for the Class of 2022 is scheduled for the evening of Sunday, May 15.
This change will allow all students to participate in graduation ceremonies on our school campus without having to make a choice between competing in a state playoff competition or coming to graduation. We hope to make this a new tradition for Prescott students.

Prescott School District preschool classes still have openings. If you are interested in registering your child, please contact the PES office at 870-887-2514 or come by the office. Children must be 4 years old by August 1st.
If you have not registered your child for kindergarten for the 2021-2022 school year, please do so immediately.
Please bring birth certificate, shot record, social security card and proof of physical for both preschool and kindergarten registration.
If you need to register a child in any grade K-12, please come by our school offices and do so as soon as possible. This will help us get a schedule or class assignment ready for your child before the first day of school.
School offices are open during the month of July, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and in August our regular hours of 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. to register.
Schedules for students in grades 5-12 will be mailed next week.
Be on the lookout for information concerning class rosters for students in grades K-4.

There will be a mandatory football parent meeting Tuesday, July 27 at 6:00 p.m. in the high school auditorium!
Tonight the Prescott School Board and Superintendent Robert Poole recognized Coach Brian Glass and Caytlee Poole as outstanding Curley Wolves for recently being recognized at the state and national level.
Coach Glass was named Arkansas Coach of the Year as well as Track Coach of the Year at the Arkansas All Preps Banquet in Little Rock.
Caytlee Poole was also presented a Capitol Citation from Representative Danny Watson and the Arkansas House of Representatives as well as Arkansas Secretary of State John Thurston for being a national DAR essay contest winner.
Superintendent Poole presented both with a Curley Wolf Outstanding Achievement Award.

The 2021-22 school year is fast approaching!! Prescott School District is pleased to announce that we will once again be providing all Prescott students with school supplies to start the school year.
All students enrolled in the Prescott School District will also be provided with two meals, breakfast and lunch, at no charge.
Students will also ride the bus at no charge.
