This afternoon Superintendent Robert Poole officially welcomed back faculty and staff. After prayer, the Curley Wolf band kicked off the program with the national anthem and the fight song. Mr. Poole recognized retiring employees from the 2021-22 school year. Each received a plaque for their years of service in the Prescott School District. Dennis Pruitt retired with 23.5 years in the district and Ted Carter with 5.5 years. Kindergarten teacher Beverly Stockton was also presented a plaque for the 30.5 years she dedicated to the district. We are thankful for all three of these employees and so glad they were able to be here today to be honored. #impactthepack
The Prescott Police Department and the Prescott School District Police Department teamed up today to present active shooter training and lockdown procedures to our faculty and staff. Always working to keep our kids safe! #impactthepack #teamwork

The Lady Wolves wrapped up their summer camp season at UALR. Competition was very tough but they competed well. We are very proud of the growth and development of these young ladies during summer basketball. These girls and coaches appreciate the support. Go Lady Wolves! 🐺🏀
We couldn’t have been more excited to see the community come out this morning in support of our district at the ribbon cutting of our new Prescott Elementary School. Superintendent Robert Poole welcomed guests. He informed them that student safety played a huge part in designing the building. All exterior windows are bullet resistant and classrooms have areas where students can be out of sight if needed. Windows also open easily in case of a fire. Mr. Poole as well as all school employees can’t wait for our students to see the new building on August 8. He also thanked Crawford Construction for their dedication to the project and finishing in a timely manner. Following the ribbon cutting tours were given of the new facilities. Prescott School District is blessed to have the continued support of our patrons and community. #impactthepack #wolfpride
