Ms. Green’s Chemistry and Physical Science students lit up the lab! 🔥They energized electrons and explored the various colors associated with metals. Chemistry students solved a mystery, and physical science identified the wavelengths of visible light! 🌈 Shy and Zack made intense two tone flames.
📚✨ Mrs. Turley’s students researched popular books read during the holiday season, and now they’re gearing up to dive into A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. Perfect timing for some classic holiday reading! 🎄📖
Mrs. Tankersley’s Art students have turned the PHS hallways into a gallery worth showing off! Incredible work from incredibly creative students! 🎨🖌️

Ms. Green’s students are currently learning about atomic orbitals in their chemistry class! Today was spent on inflating and putting together balloons to represent the different orbital shapes of the quantum model, which illustrates the probability of finding an electron in that region! 🎈⚛️
