Owen Glass observed a chemical change in the Zinc as it turned from a dull gray to black after the reaction! Zn(s) + 2HCl(aq) → ZnCl2(aq) + H2(g)

FRIENDLY REMINDER—Parents/Guardians: As you may know, under the LEARNS Act, ALL Arkansas students must complete 75 hours of community service hours to graduate. This begins with the class of 2027. All students were sent an email regarding this. Included was the community service form to fill out as well as volunteer opportunities. Once the student has completed the hours, please fill out the form completely, have it signed by the supervisor and then you may bring it to Mrs. Robbins.

Lady Wolves Golf Team competed in the District tournament today. Harlee Faulkner finished 3rd overall with a score of 106, earning 3rd place in the girls individual standings and punching her ticket to the 3A Girls State Tournament! The team of Dakota Stout, Harlee Faulkner, and Dacey Faulkner competed well but came up just short. Way to go girls! ⛳️
