COVID-19 UPDATE REGARDING QUARANTINE
In accordance with new ADH guidelines, the probable close contact quarantine can end after 10 days without testing if no symptoms have occurred. Or, it can end after 7 days if no symptoms have occurred and a test returned a negative result. Note that the test sample must have been collected at least 5 days after exposure (day 5 of quarantine). Send-off PCR tests are preferred, but rapid antigen tests are acceptable.
If your child is exposed again during quarantine, the period must start over again. If your child develops symptoms or test positive for COVID-19 during the quarantine period, you must follow the instructions for isolation.
If your child is returning to school before the 14-day quarantine period, you must contact your child’s campus before they return to confirm the child is cleared to be released from quarantine. Documentation of the negative test result must be provided to the school office to return after a 7-day quarantine.
The isolation period of 10 days remains unchanged for individuals who have tested positive.

As we return from Thanksgiving break, we need to remind you of the following:
If your child was quarantined and you are unsure about the date he/she can return, please contact the school. If your child tested positive for COVID-19, he/she must have a clearance return letter from the Arkansas Department of Health. If your child has come in contact with a positive person or has tested positive over the holiday break, please contact the school.

Due to fees charged for tickets, all playoff tickets will be $7.30. This will cover all costs for the district. You must pay this before your name is added to the list at the gate.
Forms will be sent home with football players, band and cheer on Monday that need to be returned ASAP.
Tickets will be sold to the general public on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the PES carport. Limit 2 per person.
Again, tickets will be $7.30 for ages 5 and over. AAA. passes will be accepted.

- EVERYONE must pay admission. Playoff games are $7.30. AAA passes will be accepted.
- No one is allowed to hang out or congregate anywhere on campus during a ballgame if they do not have a ticket.
- MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES, NO EXCEPTIONS! You will be asked to leave and not allowed back if you do not comply!
-NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE FOOTBALL FIELD OR TRACK BEFORE OR AFTER BALLGAMES.
NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO CONGREGATE AFTER BALLGAMES.
- You MUST be 6 feet apart unless you are immediate family. You MUST sit every other row that is designated for a sitting area. If you are asked to leave for NOT following guidelines, you will not be refunded and you will not be allowed back to another game this year.
- Anyone who disrespects any school official, coach, teacher, player, another fan or student will be removed from the premises and not allowed back for 1 year. This includes cursing, cursing at, humiliating, ridiculing, downgrading, rude gestures, or any type of unacceptable behavior. This includes social media posts as well. This type of behavior will not be tolerated for any school related activity.
Again, if this takes place you will be ban from school campus for 1 year.
We appreciate your support throughout our football season. We must diligently continue to follow all district, AAA, CDC and ADH guidelines to finish the season and other athletic programs offered to our students. It is not ideal but it is what we MUST do for our kids to participate in sports.
