The Prescott Elementary School blood drive is almost here! We are scheduled for Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
As a reminder, you may schedule blood drive appointments at https://donor.lifeshare.org/donor/schedules/drive_schedule/253252 and forward this link to others to schedule their own appointments.
Our sincere thanks for your important role in this community and working with us to encourage the donation goal of 11 at this drive.

This is for our current sophomores and juniors only.
The Accuplacer is being offered on May 18 at 10:00 a.m. for any students interested in taking college classes that don't already have the required scores.
UAHT Concurrent Classes and the UAHT Secondary Career Center will be here on May 19 at 9:00 aa.m. to discuss opportunities to take college classes.
If a student is interested in taking college courses and wants to take the accuplacer, please have them register at the http://uaht.edu/. Under Admissions, they will select application for admission, then complete the information. It does not take long, maybe 5-10 minutes max. Students need to have this complete by Monday for testing on Thursday. They must do this to be able to take the accuplacer.

We are so excited for this opportunity for our 8th - 11th graders tomorrow and Thursday! Be Pro Be Proud (BPBP) is a national workforce development initiative focused on attracting students and young adults to technical careers through exciting simulation experiences, and then connecting them to post-secondary opportunities and careers. Their mobile workshop unit tours local high schools and middle schools and can be customized to a variety of professions and industries that are most relevant to specific communities.
Arkansas-based nonprofit Be Pro Be Proud connects students and young adults to post-secondary training opportunities and gives them interactive exposure to high-demand and high-wage careers. They are partnering with dozens of companies to scale up their innovative approach to solving labor shortages.

⚾️ Prescott will play Elkins at 3:00 on Thursday.
⚾️ Top half of the bracket on Thursday will be at Lincoln fields and Bottom Half will be at Farmington fields.
Friday and Satruday will be at Lincoln Fields.
⚾️ Lincoln Baseball Parking for Fans and overflow parking for softball will start at 609 E. P. Rothrock, Lincoln, AR 72744

NO PETS, Service animals with papers only will be allowed in ballparks. Please let the fans know we have a strict policy on this.
Also, NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK unless it is accompanying the team. Again, very strict policy on this.
