Because of serious traffic concerns in the afternoons, we will be changing the way traffic flows in the afternoon on Moores St. and Martin St. beginning October 30, 2023.
NO students will be picked up at the Moores Street and Martin Street intersection or crosswalk areas. High school students can ONLY be picked up in front of the high school where the double sidewalks are. Junior High students can ONLY be picked up in front of the Junior High building. Elementary school students can ONLY be picked up at the elementary building. There will be NO PARKING on the North side of Martin Street across from the high school. If you are only picking up high school students, you can proceed to the left lane and turn left on School Street after students are picked up. If you are picking up students from other schools, pick up the high school student first then proceed to the junior high or elementary building to pick up those students.
For cars that arrive before dismissal time, the car rider line will start on the right side of Martin Street in front of the high school stopping at the access road between the high school and admin buildings and wait there until the buses have left.
Remember: Students can ONLY be picked up at their designated areas.
Remember: Martin Street is ONE WAY from Moores Street to Cale Road from 7:30-8:30 am and from 3:00-4:00 pm except Wed. from 2:00-3:00 pm.
